Artevi Production ("Company", "we", "our", "us") organizes and promotes cultural, artistic, and entertainment events and provides ticket sales through its official website.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases made through our website are:

  • Subject to availability

  • Subject to confirmation of payment

  • Final upon successful transaction

A ticket confirmation email will be sent after payment is successfully processed via Authorize.Net.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Authorize.Net (PCI-DSS compliant).

Artevi Production:

  • Does not store credit card information

  • Does not have access to full payment details

  • Relies on Authorize.Net infrastructure for payment security

By completing a purchase, you authorize the transaction amount charged.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the website:

  • Are displayed in the applicable currency

  • May include or exclude taxes depending on event location

  • Are subject to change without prior notice

However, confirmed purchases will not be affected by price changes.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6.1 All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise explicitly stated:

  • All ticket sales are final

  • Tickets are non-refundable

  • Tickets are non-transferable

6.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is:

  • Fully cancelled by the organizer → Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Artevi Production

  • Postponed or rescheduled → Tickets remain valid for the new date

Service fees and processing fees may be non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a ticket, you agree:

  • Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks

  • To contact Artevi Production first to resolve any disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Cancellation of tickets

  • Legal action

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

8. Entry & Event Policies

Entry to events is subject to:

  • Presentation of valid ticket

  • Compliance with venue rules

  • Compliance with security checks

Artevi Production reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry

  • Remove attendees for inappropriate behavior

  • Enforce venue policies

No refund will be issued for denied entry due to misconduct.

9. Changes to Events

Artevi Production reserves the right to:

  • Change event schedules

  • Modify performers or programs

  • Change venue location (if necessary)

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos

  • Event materials

  • Designs

  • Text and visuals

are the property of Artevi Production and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Artevi Production shall not be liable for:

  • Travel costs

  • Accommodation expenses

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Personal losses related to event attendance

Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemic-related regulations

  • Acts beyond our reasonable control

14. Governing Law
